I'm Andi <3

I’m a yoga teacher, bodyworker, mother, educator, and chronic anxiety recoverer.

Yoga found me in massage school in 2009, and from the beginning, it stayed closer to my heart than almost anything ever had — until I had my son in 2015.

Over the years, the practice has taken many forms for me. It has been movement, breath, prayer, discipline, refuge, and study. But more than anything, yoga has helped me keep my soul in my body. It has been an anchor back to myself.

I have always loved the human body — the intelligence of movement, the nervous system, the brain, the way we hold our stories in tissue, breath, posture, and sensation. And I have always loved holding space.

Over time, my practice began to reveal my dharma. I realized that what I love most about teaching is helping others feel anchored in themselves, too — creating a space of support, a container of love, and an environment where people feel safe enough to simply be.

That same intention is what inspired me to create The Embodied Cueing Method™.

I believe teaching yoga doesn’t have to come from memorized scripts or rigid language. It can be a living conversation between teacher, student, body, breath, and experience.

Cueing can become a language of connection — a way to help people familiarize themselves with their own bodies, especially in a world where so many of us feel disconnected from them.

Through my classes, trainings, and teacher education, I help students and yoga teachers bridge that communication gap — making yoga feel more accessible, embodied, and alive.

If you're interested in hosting a workshop, retreat, or Embodied Cueing Method™ Certification at your studio or wellness space, I'd love to connect. Please feel free to reach out.
