For Students. For Teachers. For the Practice
Welcome.
This space was created for yoga teachers, students, and curious humans who want to experience movement more deeply — not just perform it.
My work blends yoga, nervous system awareness, anatomy, embodiment, and felt experience to explore the relationship between the body, breath, language, and attention. Whether through classes, teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, or educational resources, the intention is always the same: to help people reconnect to themselves through practice that feels intelligent, grounded, and alive.
Over the years, I became deeply fascinated by the way language changes movement experience. The cues we offer as teachers can influence not only how a pose looks, but how it is felt, understood, stabilized, and embodied from the inside out. That exploration eventually became the foundation of the Embodied Cueing Method™ — an approach that integrates proprioceptive, neuromuscular, and somatic awareness to help teachers move beyond memorized scripts and into more connected, effective teaching.
This work is not about perfect shapes. It is about awareness. Presence. Sensation. Relationship.
For the teachers.
For the students.
For the practice.
