FREE LIVE WEBINAR
The Art of Embodied Teaching
Â
Â
Join Andi Palladino, creator of the Embodied Cueing Method™, for a free live webinar exploring what it really takes to become a confident, embodied yoga teacher.
We’ll go beyond poses, alignment, and memorized cues to explore the skills that actually shape the way you teach — your voice, your presence, your ability to cue what students can feel, and the way you hold a room.
Â
You’ll learn how to:
• Move beyond simply instructing poses and begin teaching people
• Develop a teaching voice that feels natural, confident, and uniquely yours
• Cue for sensation and experience — not just alignment
• Build greater presence and trust in yourself while teaching
• Identify what may be keeping you stuck in second-guessing, over-explaining, or trying to teach like someone else
Â
This webinar is also your first introduction to The Art of Embodied Teaching, Andi’s 8-week mentorship for yoga teachers who want to deepen their craft, refine their voice, and become more confident, intentional, embodied teachers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to join the waitlist for the next round of the mentorship.
MEET ANDI
Andi Palladino is a yoga educator, licensed massage therapist, mentor, retreat leader, and creator of the Embodied Cueing Method™. She has spent more than 16 years teaching yoga and 17 years working hands-on with the human body through massage therapy, giving her a unique perspective on movement, sensation, and the way people experience their bodies.
Over the years, Andi has studied movement, anatomy, intelligent sequencing, somatics, nervous system regulation, yoga philosophy, meditation, and the relationship between language and embodied experience. Her approach has also been deeply influenced by her studies in Chromatic Yoga and her ongoing exploration of how movement can be taught in a way that prioritizes the individual rather than the aesthetic of a pose.
Throughout her career, Andi has taught thousands of classes, led workshops and retreats, trained and mentored yoga teachers, managed yoga programming, and worked with students ranging from complete beginners to experienced teachers.
Those years in the classroom ultimately led her to develop the Embodied Cueing Method™ — an approach to teaching that moves beyond alignment-based instruction and uses proprioceptive, neuromuscular, and somatic language to help students understand and experience their own bodies.
Today, much of Andi’s work is devoted to teacher education and mentorship. She created The Art of Embodied Teaching to address the pieces of becoming a teacher that often can’t be fully developed within a certification: finding your authentic voice, building confidence, refining your cueing, sequencing with intention, holding space, and learning to trust yourself at the front of the room.
At the heart of her work is the belief that becoming a yoga teacher isn’t something that ends when you receive a certificate. Teaching is a craft — and the best teachers remain students of it.
