200HR Yoga Teacher Taining
Tulum + Online
Â
February 21- June 2027
This is a 200-hour yoga teacher training for those ready to go beyond simply taking classes — and learn how to teach yoga with knowledge, creativity, confidence, and presence.
Â
We begin together with a 6-night immersive training in Tulum, Mexico, then continue for 14 weeks online, giving you the space to study, practice, integrate, and grow into your role as a teacher.
Not a Copy of Your Teacher
This is not about becoming a copy of the teacher who trained you.
You will learn the foundations every yoga teacher needs. But you will also learn how to think for yourself.
How to look at a body and understand what you're seeing. How to build a sequence with intention. How to know when to cue — and when not to. How to understand yoga beyond the poses. How to work with the nervous system, not against it. How to use your voice. How to stand in front of a room and trust yourself.
This training is designed to give you both the foundation and the freedom to become the kind of teacher only you can be.
The Training Journey
Part One: Tulum Immersion
February 21–27, 2027 | Kaaba Luum, Tulum
We begin together, in person.
Over six nights in Tulum, you will complete 40 hours of immersive training through daily practice, teaching labs, discussion, hands-on learning, and community.
The in-person portion focuses on the parts of teacher training that are best experienced together:
- Foundational yoga + philosophy
- Pose breakdowns
- Functional anatomy
- Hands-on adjustments + consent
- Intelligent sequencing
- Somatic awareness
- Embodied cueing
- Voice + confidence
- Practice teaching
- Feedback + observation
There will also be time to rest, enjoy Tulum, connect with the group, and take part in a curated excursion.
This is not a week of sitting in a classroom. We will move. Practice. Explore. Teach. Get vulnerable. Learn from one another. And begin this experience together.
Part Two: 14 Weeks Online
After Tulum, the training continues.
For the next 14 weeks, we deepen into the full curriculum through a combination of:
- Live Wednesday evening training
- Every-other-Saturday teaching labs
- Recorded education
- Personal practice
- Reading + reflection
- Sequencing projects
- Practice teaching
- Feedback + mentorship
- Final teaching practicum
The online portion is where we take what you experienced in Tulum and build real depth, confidence, and integration.
